摘要
Low-E玻璃的镀膜面对中远红外的高反射特性,使得其在进行物理钢化加工时很容易出现炸裂和严重变形,严重限制了Low-E玻璃的应用领域。本文拟通过对物理钢化工艺的深入研究,以试验的方式探索一种合理的钢化工艺,使物理钢化后的Low-E玻璃平整度达到使用要求。
High reflective properties of Low-E glass coating face of far infrared,this makes the tempered glass to cracking and deformation, severely limits the applications of Low-E glass. This paper through in-depth study of the glass tempering process, explore ways to test a rational tempering process, Low-E glass flatness makes reached after glass tempering process.
