基于ANSYS的钢管混凝土加固应力分析

摘要 大直径钢管混凝土的加固,存在着新旧混凝土结合,混凝土与钢管表面相结合共同受力的加固难题,通过有限元程序的辅助计算分析能够更好地揭示混凝土与钢管的相互作用。ANSYS中单元Solid65为型钢混凝土结构有限元数值模拟提供了基础,逐渐成为型钢混凝土结构理论研究和工程应用的常用工具软件。但是如何处理型钢和混凝土加载后的共同受力^([1])是一个有限元数值模拟的难点,如何准确的模拟二者的共同受力是有限元分析结果准确与否的关键。 Reinforced concrete large diameter steel tube,there exists a combination of new and old concrete,the concrete and steel surfaces in combination problem of reinforced stress together,through the auxiliary program of finite element calculation and analysis of the interaction can better reveal the concrete and steel tube. Provides the basic unit type Solid65 in ANSYS embedded into finite element numerical simulation of steel reinforced concrete structure,steel reinforced concrete structure is gradually becoming the theoretical research and engineering application of commonly used software tools.But how to deal with the type of steel and concrete after loading the joint force is a finite element numerical simulation of the difficulties,how to accuratelysimulate two common stress finite element analysis to the key result is accurate or not.
