高强混凝土的施工技术措施

摘要 组成钢筋混凝土主要材料之一的混凝土的发展方向是高强、轻质、耐久(抗磨损、抗冻融、抗渗)、抗灾(地震、风、火]、抗爆等。高性能混凝土(highperformance concrete,HPC),C60级以上的高强混凝土在工程建筑中已得到较大范围的应用。而目前应用广泛的预应力薄管桩,其混凝土强度已达到C80。 The development direction that constitutes the concrete of one of the main reinforced concrete materials is a high strong and light quality,durable(the anti- wears away,the anti- jelly melt,the anti-ooze) and anti-disaster(earthquake, breeze and fire], the anti-explode etc..The high performance concrete(high performance concrete, HPC) C60 class above high strong concrete constructs in the engineering in have already got the application of bigger scope.Practice according to several years of work, to the choice of high strong concrete material,go together with for instance case optimization,and man-hour quality control etc.how work well above high strong concrete engineering of the quality control C60 class of high strength concrete have already got the application of bigger scope in the building,but apply to extensively prepare a thin tube stake in response to the dint currently,its Mao strength already arrives C80.
