安全培训观察程序(STOP)是美国杜邦公司提出的一种新型的行为安全管理模式,专门针对纠正人的不安全行为、肯定安全行为的方法。安全行为观察是一种主动辩识并消除不安全行为,预防事故的工作方法。通过在作业现场观察作业人员的作业行为,并与被观察者进行交流,以强化好的作业行为,纠正不安全的作业行为,提高双方的安全意识。

Safety training observation program （STOP） is put forward by the United States DuPont safety management mode,a new type of behavior specifically for correcting people’s unsafe behavior and insure safety behavior.Safety behavior observation is an initiative to identify and eliminate unsafe ACTS and working methods to prevent accidents.By the inspection of the operation and communication with the operator in the field,we can strengthen the proper operation,standardize the operation,and raise the safety awareness of both sides.
