摘要
用420和自制粉状活化剂H两种再生活化剂在转矩流变仪中对废旧轮胎胶粉进行了再生,对两种再生活化剂的再生效果和所得再生胶的性能进行了对比。结果表明,采用420时所得再生胶具有较低的门尼黏度、交联密度和较高的溶胶含量,再生效果较好;动态力学性能分析表明,活化剂选用420时,再硫化胶具有较大的tanδ峰值;扫描电镜照片显示,采用4 2 0所得再生胶的再硫化胶的拉伸断面较平整,交联网络更均匀。
Waste tire rubber powder was reclaimed by reclaiming agent 420 and H with torque rheometer.The reclaiming effects and properties of reclaimed rubber were compared. The results shown that the crosslink density and Mooney viscosity of reclaimed rubber were lower ,sol fraction was higher when 420 was chosen,reclaimed rubber got better reclaiming effect. Dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that revulcanizate got higher tan& peak when choosing 420.SEM photograghs showed that microstructure of the tensile failure section was smooth and crosslink network was uniform when 420 was used as reclaiming agent.
