摘要
利用北京市经济普查年鉴2008中工业企业创新活动的相关数据,建立衡量工业企业创新活动的评价指标体系,以此分析北京各区县、各部门及各类型规模以上工业企业的创新活动现状.研究发现,海淀区是创新活动最活跃的区域,制造业是创新活动最多的行业,在制造业各部门中通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业的创新能力最强,而有限责任公司在15类工业企业创新活动中排名最前.同时,工业企业的R&D经费内部支出与新产品销售收入、专利授权数之间高度正相关,表明提高对R&D经费内部支出的投入力度能有效促进工业企业创新活动的产出成果.
This thesis makes full use of the relevant data of industrial enterprises innovation activities in the 2008 Beijing Economic Census Yearbook and establishes evaluation index system, which is used to measure the industrial enterprises innovation activities, thus analyzing the status quo of industrial enterprises innovation activities. The study found that there are big gaps among enterprises in terms of industrial enterprises innovation activity. From a regional view, Haidian District is the most active area to carry out the industrial enterprises innovation activities in Beijing; From the perspective of industrial sector, manufacturing is the most powerful sector to undertake the enterprises innovation activities. Among all sectors of manufacturing industry, communication device, computer, other electronics manufacturing and special equipment manufacturing enjoy industrial enterprises innovation ability and more opportunities to carry out innovation activities ; The innovation activities of limited liability companies rank the top among 15 types of industrial enterprises in Beijing. At the same time, R&D internal spending, sales revenue of new products and the number of patent licenses in the innovation activities of the industrial enterprises above designated size are closely associated, illustrating that the increase of the input into R&D internal spending will effectively promote the output returns of industrial enterprises innovation activities of Beijing.
