摘要
研究生的心理健康教育是当前两年制教育硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中的薄弱环节,应该强化"班主任配备制"、"双导师制"、"班干管理制"等措施,多方面对研究生进行心理疏导。课程设置应该与其培养目标紧密结合起来,加强"走访实习"和"驻校实习"环节的实施,以保证应用型人才的科学培养。只有将研究生的心理教育、课程设置与科学研究结合起来,才能构建起科学的培养模式。
Currently, scant attention has been paid to the mental health problems among two-year educational post-graduate students. The solutions may include appointing a head teacher, implementing a dual-tutor sys- tem, establishing a group of students cadres, and so orL Besides, curriculum setting should tightly match the training goal and "visiting practice" and "in-school practice" should be emphasized.
