摘要
铁路隧道防灾救援疏散,应根据运输性质、环境条件、辅助坑道条件等,经技术经济比较后确定。结合运营线武广高铁浏阳河水下隧道防灾定点设置、通风、性能化设计、疏散救援方案、紧急救援点设置等的实施,参照TB 10020—2012《铁路隧道防灾救援疏散工程设计规范》,针对原隧道防灾救援设施不能满足实际高铁运营的安全需要,提出优化和提高运营线高铁隧道防灾救援疏散实施方案。
Decision on disaster prevention and rescue of railway tunnels should be made via a techno-economic comparison and based on transport nature,environmental conditions and service gallery conditions,etc. Combining the implementation of fixed point setting,ventilation,performance design,evacuation & rescue schemes and emergency station setting for the disaster prevention system of Liuyang River Submerged Tunnel in Wuhan-Guangzhou HSR, and in reference with the Code for Design on Evacuation Engineering for Disaster Prevention and Rescue of Railway Tunnel(TB 10020—2012),the Paper puts forward an implementation scheme to optimize and improve disaster prevention,evacuation and rescue in HSR tunnels for HSR operation lines,provided that the existing disaster prevention and rescue facilities in tunnels cannot meet the actual safety demand for HSR operation.
