牡丹江市家居氡气危害引发疾病研究

摘要 目的了解牡丹江市家居氡气危害引发疾病现状,为开展氡气引发疾病的综合防治措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,随机在新装修的家庭中抽取100户进行氡气检测,在100户中抽取150人,调查发病情况。时间为2013年1月1日-2014年8月30日。依据国标GB18883-2002评价氡气是否超标。结果检测结果显示,在所调查的100户家庭中,存在氡气的有68户,氡气超标35户,超标率为35%。调查发病情况的150人中,氡气超标引发血细胞检测异常及呼吸道、肺部不适疾病58人,包括肺癌1人,未引发疾病30人;氡气检测未超标引发疾病14人,未发病48人,两者差别有统计学意义(χ2=3.84,P<0.05)。结论牡丹江市家居环境氡气危害存在风险较高,家居环境中氡气引发呼吸道及肺部疾病有增多趋势,让人们对氡气危害深入了解,远离氡气超标的家居环境,预防氡气引发疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the harm caused disease status by radon of home furnishing in Mudanjiang city,provide the basis for the development of comprehensive prevention and control measures of radon induced diseases. Methods Using random sampling method,newly renovated family 100 households were selected randomly for radon detection,extraction of 150 people in100 households,to investigate the incidence. Time for January 1,2013 to August 30,2014. According to the national standard GB18883- 2002 to evaluate if radon is exceed the standard or not. Results The results showed that in the surveyed 100 households,68 households have radon,radon exceed the standard of 35,over standard rate of 35%. Among 150 people investigated incidence situation,exceed the standard cause blood cell detection of abnormal and respiratory tract,lung diseases of 58 people,including 1 of lung cancer,30 people haven't induced disease; radon detection did not exceed the standard induced14 people's disease,48 haven't induced disease,( χ2= 3. 84,P 0. 05). Conclusions Radon exists hazard risk is high of home furnishing environment in Mudanjiang city,the radon caused respiratory and lung diseases is increasing in home furnishing environment,make people deeply understand the harm of radon,away from the radon exceed the standard home furnishing environment,prevent the happening of radon induced diseases.
