Fly density monitoring results analysis of Neijiang city from 2011 to 2013

摘要 目的分析2011-2013年内江市蝇种构成、季节消长及不同生境蝇密度构成情况,为做好蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法进行蝇密度监测,对监测的数据使用Excel 2003和SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果 2011-2013年共捕蝇11 263只,平均蝇密度为27.81只/笼,不同年度蝇种群之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.304,P〉0.05),优势蝇种主要为大头金蝇(4 759只,构成比42.25%),密度高峰在8∽10月,不同生境中蝇密度差异无统计学意义(F=3.850,P〉0.05),但不同生境不同蝇种密度之间的差异有统计学意义(F=5.595,P〈0.05)。结论内江地区蝇密度高峰在8∽10月,大头金蝇为优势蝇种,不同生境中不同蝇种密度不同。 Objective To analyze the species composition,seasonal variation and the diversity of fly at different habitants in Neijiang district from 2011 to 2013,to provide evidence for the prevention and control. Methods Cage traps were used to capture flies,and to analysis the data by EXCEL 2003 and SPSS 13. 0. Results Totally 11263 flies were trapped in the years from 2011 to 2013,average density was 27. 81 flies per cage,there was no statistically differences of flies species composition between different years( F = 0. 304,P 0. 05),Chrysomya megacephala was the dominant species( 4759 flies,composition ratio of 42. 25%),density peak was from August to October,the density in different living environment was no significant difference( F =0. 304,P 0. 05),there was no statistically differences of flies density between different environments( F =3. 850,P 0. 05),but there was statistically differences of different flies density between different environments( F = 5. 595,P 0. 05). Conclusions Flies' density peak was from August to October in Neijiang area,the dominant species were Chrysomya megacephala,fly densities was different of different species in different living environment.
