社区中采用德尔菲法构建冠心病患者的健康管理模式的可行性分析

Practicability of Delphi Method Applied to Health Management of Coronary Disease in Community

目的：分析与探讨采用德尔菲法构建冠心病患者社区健康管理模式的可行性。方法：选择深圳市冠心病专家共20位作为函询对象,采用德尔菲法对所有专家进行函询,函询内容为社区冠心病患者的健康管理模式。考评专家的权威系数、协调系数,并对社区健康管理的一级管理指标与二级管理指标进行总结。结果：冠心病患者社区健康管理一级指标为建立冠心病患者健康档案、病情随访管理、医护人员上门服务,二级指标为登记与上报社区心血管疾病病例、加强健康教育与咨询、加大健康管理宣传工作、培训社区冠心病健康管理小组专业技能、远程指导、远程医疗。专家积极系数为100.0%,权威系数为0.90,协调系数为0.20-0.32。结论：在社区中采用德尔菲法构建冠心病患者健康管理模式,能够提高冠心病患者的健康管理效果,并有助于医护人员合理利用医疗资源。

Objective： To have an analysis of the practicability of Delphi method applied to health management of coronary disease in community.Methods：Twenty experts in coronary disease were chosen to be inquiry object.Using Delphi method to apply these experts by letter for health management of coronary disease in community.To inspect the coefficient of authority and cooperation index of these experts.Having a summary of the primary and secondary management index of community.Results：The primary management index were to establish health files of patients with coronary disease,follow up management condition and door-to-door service.The secondary management index were to registration and report the cases of coronary disease,strengthen health education,increase health promotion,train skills and telemedicine.The coefficient of authority was 0.90,while the cooperation index were 0.20-0.32.Conclusion：Delphi method is worth to used in health management of coronary disease in community.It helps paramedics to make use of medical resources rationally.
