摘要 收集了国内外用于界定食品添加剂使用范围的食品用油脂分类体系情况。中国、CAC、欧盟和澳大利亚新西兰相关法规中建立了相对完善的食品用油脂分类体系、加拿大、美国和日本的相对简单,综合上述情况,本文提出了我国用于界定食品添加剂使用范围的食品用油脂分类所面临的挑战。 The edible oils classification systems used in food additives from all over the summarized. China, CAC, EU, Australia and New Zealand have relatively comprehensive world were edible oils classification system compared to Canada, America and Japan. Based on the above situation, the challenges China facing today was also presented.
