加拿大一枝黄花中总皂苷的提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 主要研究常温超高压提取技术在一枝黄花总皂苷提取中的应用。以总皂苷的提取率为主要指标,采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验考察了各因素对于总皂苷提取率的影响。确定一枝黄花中总皂苷的最优提取工艺为:提取溶剂为体积分数60%乙醇溶液;提取压力300MPa;固液比1∶40(w/v,g·m L-1);提取时间0.5min。在最优工艺下,通过测定总皂苷提取率为12.07mg·g-1。并与回流提取工艺进行对比(回流提取率为14.90mg·g-1),结果表明,超高压提取的总皂苷提取率略低于回流提取,但是与回流提取相比超高压提取具有提取时间短、提取次数少、不需要加热、提取液澄清透明等优点。超高压提取技术作为一种新的提取方法,在加拿大一枝黄花提取中应用,稳定可行,前景广阔。 The study is to optimize the ultra-high pressure extraction (UPE) process tot bapomns trom Solidago canadensis L. The process was selected by L9(34) orthogonal design and single factor with the transfer rate of saponins as the index. The optimum extraction conditions was as follows: 60% ethanol solvent, 300MPa, solid/liquid ratio (w/v), 1 : 40 (w/v, g·mL-1), extraction for 0.5min. The extraction yields of total flavones was 12.07mg-g-1. The method was compared with hot reflux (The extraction yields was 48.20mg·g-1) and conclusion was that the extraction yield by two extraction methods was no significant difference. But UPE method has the advantage of shorter time extraction, fewer times recycle, no heating required and the final liquid products more clear. Therefore, UPE is the optimal extraction method for the extraction of Saponins from Solidago canadensis L.
