聚甲酚磺醛栓联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果观察

Effect ofpolicresulen combined Kang Gong Yan tablets in the treatment of cervical erosion

目的:分析聚甲酚磺醛栓联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果。方法:收集我院2013年1月至2013年12月期间诊治的普外科患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各38例。对照组单纯采用抗宫炎片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,观察组中显效30例,占总数的78.95%,有效7例,占总数的18.42%,无效1例,占总数的2.63%,总有效率为97.37%;对照组中显效24例,占总数的63.16%,有效6例,占总数的15.79%,无效10例,占总数的21.05%,总有效率为78.95%,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的用药时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),抗宫炎片用药剂量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛栓联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objectives： To analyze the policresulen joint Kang Gong Yan tablets for the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods： The 76 patients in the general surgery department of our hospital from January 2013 to December2013 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 38 patients. Control group received only Kang Gong Yan tablets,on the basis of which the observation group were treated with also policresulen. The curative effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： 30 pa-tients（ 78. 95%） in the observation group had effect,7 of them effective,accounting for 18. 42%,1 invalid,2. 63% of the total,making a total effective rate of 97. 37%; 24 cases（ 63. 16%） in control group had effect,6 of them effective,accounting for 15. 79%,10 invalid,accounting for 21. 05%,making a total effective rate of78. 95%. The curative effect of observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; meanwhile,the medication time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the dosage of Kang Gong Yan tablets was significantly less than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the improvement in life quality score was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Policresulen joint Kang Gong Yan tablets have good clinical effect in treatment of cervical erosion,which is worth popularization in clinical application.
