盐酸舍曲林联合复方玄驹胶囊并配合早泄训练治疗早泄的临床疗效

Effect of joint compound Xuan Ju sertraline hydrochloride capsules and premature ejaculation training for the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的:观察盐酸舍曲林、复方玄驹胶囊配合早泄训练疗法治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法:将55例符合诊断标准的早泄患者给予盐酸舍曲林联合复方玄驹胶囊口服治疗,同时进行早泄训练,疗程为1个月,治疗前后进行CIPE、IELT和双方性满意度的评估,并进行统计学分析。结果:实际治疗了50例,脱落5例,在CIPE评分、IELT评分、双方的性生活满意度评分中,治疗前后比较,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗并配合早泄训练能明显改善早泄患者的性生活质量。

Objectives： To explore the clinical curative effect of sertraline hydrochloride compound Xuan Ju capsule and premature ejaculation training in treating premature ejaculation. Methods： 55 patients whose diagnoses were standard premature ejaculation were given joint compound Xuan Ju sertraline hydrochloride capsule orally,as well as premature ejaculation training at the same time for 1 month. The CIPE,IELT and sexual satisfaction both before and after treatment were evaluated and statistical analysis was conducted. Results： 50 cases were successfully treated and 5 cases failed. In terms of CIPE,IELT score and the sexual satisfaction ratings,statistically significant difference between before and after treatment was found,P〈0. 01. Conclusion： Joint compound Xuan Ju sertraline hydrochloride capsules and premature ejaculation training can significantly improve the sex life quality of patients with premature ejaculation.
