女性血液透析病人性生活满意度调查及健康指导探讨

Sexual satisfaction survey of female hemodialysis patients and health guidance

目的:了解透析后病人性生活满意度,分析其影响因素,为提高血液透析女性患者性生活满意度与生活质量提供依据。方法:依据国际女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)自行研究并设计性生活调研问卷,从我市两家综合性医院2012年2月至2014年2月血液净化科收治的女性患者中随机选取110例进行调查。结果:在调查问卷性生活满意度11个维度中,主动提出性活动项选择从不或偶尔有101例占91.8%,7个条目选择从未或偶尔的患者超过50%;在诸多影响因素中,精力、学历、身体耐力、年龄影响透析后女性患者的性生活满意度(P<0.05)。结论:透析后患者性满意度较差,需要针对年龄稍大、身体耐力差的患者进行针对性干预,同时需要开展透析后患者性生活健康指导与宣教。

Objectives： To investigate the satisfaction of sexual life of dialysis patients,analyze the influence factors,to provide the basis for improving the life satisfaction of dialysis patients. Methods： On the basis of international female sexual function index（ BISF-W）,a sexual life questionnaire was designed. 110 female patients admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 for blood purification were randomly selected and investigated. Results： In the 11 dimensions of satisfaction questionnaire,101 patients chose never or occasionally for initiative activity,accounting for 91. 8%; over 50% patients chose never or occasionally in 7 entries; in the influencing factors,energy,sexual organs,physical endurance,age affected the sexual satisfaction after dialysis（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： After dialysis,patients are with poor sexual satisfaction. Targeted intervention and sexual health education should be conducted for older patients with poor physical endurance.
