“换妻”行为参与者的性心理深度叙事研究

Apsychological deep narrative research about the participants of wife-swapping

换妻行为涉及婚姻与性、爱与性、性权利等问题,对换妻行为的性心理研究可以为性伦理、婚姻家庭伦理研究提供实然基础。文章采用叙事研究方法对七对夫妻(情人)进行深度访谈,揭示了换妻行为背后的心理异化机制和换妻者的不同层次分类,再现了他们在性自主、性权利、性与家庭、性与爱的关系方面的性心理过程。就14名被访谈者而言,断定这种行为是性自主的表达有武断之嫌。研究发现,换妻行为背后的去个体化机制、逃避心理和青少年期性教育的缺失都是相对普遍的问题。

The wife-swapping behavior is concerned with the relationship of marriage-sex,sex-love and the sexual rights. This article is mainly about the psychology of this kind of behavior. The author used narrative research method to conduct a deep interview with seven couples about their psychology of sex autonomy and sexual rights. For these 14 interviewees,it would be too assertive to say that the behavior of wife-swapping is based on the cognition of sexual rights. It is discovered that the de-individualization,the psychology of escape and the shortage of sex education is common problems.
