摘要
介绍了太钢焦化厂固体废弃物、液态废水、工业废气的回收利用措施:将除尘灰、焦油渣、再生渣及含油废水按比例添加到装入煤中制半球状型煤,降低粉尘污染;采用A2O法处理含氨废水,并在混合沉淀池前增加活性炭过滤工艺,降低废水色度;将焦炉烟道废气代替载气用于煤调湿干燥机,并替代部分氮气用于除尘系统,实现废气利用。治理后的"三废"排放达到了环保要求,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Introduced in the paper were the reclamation measures of the three wastes(industrial solid waste, wastewater and waste gas) practiced in the TISCO(Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.) coking plant. Through proportionally adding the precipitator dust, coal tar sludge, reclaimed sludge and oily waste water into the feeding coal to make hemispherical briquette, the dust pollution could be properly reduced, and through treating the ammonia-containing wastewater by the A2 O method and adding the activated carbon filtration process before the combined sedimentation basin, the wastewater chroma could be reduced.Besides, the waste flue was used to substitute the carrier gas for the coal moisture dryer and also part of the nitrogen for the dedusting system. With those treatments, the emission of the three wastes could meet the environmental requirements and good social and economic benefits were achieved.
