摘要
为解决Shell煤气化粉煤给料仓高压差放空阀使用中存在阀内件、阀后壳体冲蚀及阀门卡涩外漏的问题,对比了笼式调节阀、偏心旋转阀的结构,分析了其在线使用中出现故障的原因。介绍了滑板阀的结构、工作原理及特点,应用结果表明,在粉煤给料仓高压差放空调节工位使用滑板阀,可减少流体介质对阀门的冲蚀,延长阀门的使用寿命。
The structures of cage positioned valve and rotary control valve were stated in order to solve the problems of the high pressure air relief control valve in the Shell pulverized coal feed bin system. The structure, process and feature of the sliding control valve were analyzed. And the failure cause of the traditional control valve in the online service was explained.The results indicated that using sliding control valve in the high pressure air relief position of the pulverized coal feed bin could reduce the fluid erosion and extend the service life of the valve.
