摘要
轮对组成是轨道车辆的重要部件,国内外对轮轴材料、探伤手段,以及轮轴组装过程中和组装后的检测、例行试验和型式试验等工艺过程的质量控制极其重视,颁布了若干标准。我国的TB/T 1718—2003《铁道车辆轮对组装技术条件》等相关标准与国外先进标准相比,尚显不足,滞后于制造商生产工艺技术的发展和市场需求。着重阐述轮轴热装工艺,对比国内外标准在这方面的主要差异,分析轮轴压装工艺与热装工艺的经济和社会效益,以期达到尽快完善我国铁道行业标准的目的。
The wheel set is an important part of a railway vehicle. The industry both at home and abroad has valued greatly the quality control of wheel shaft materials,flaw detection means as well as such technological processes as detection,routine test and type test,etc. during and after the assembly of wheel shaft,with several standards issued. Compared with advanced foreign standards,Chinese standards such as Technology Conditions for Railway Vehicle Wheel Set Assembly(TB/T 1718—2003)and others are still obviously insufficient,lagged far behind the development of manufacturers' production technology and cannot meet the market demand. The paper focuses on thermal wheel shaft assembly,compares main differences between relevant international and domestic standards and analyses economic and social benefits of press fitting and thermal assembly of wheel shaft,in hope of improving the standards for China's railway industry as soon as possible.
