槽式预埋件在开裂混凝土中受拉性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对某槽式预埋件在非开裂与开裂混凝土中的拉拔试验,旨在探讨一种合理可靠的试验方法,以在槽式预埋件的基材中形成贯穿2个锚腿的裂缝,并研究裂缝对槽钢性能的影响。研究包括3个开裂混凝土试验和3个非开裂混凝土试验。试验完成后,切割混凝土块后发现该试验方法能够有效拉开裂缝。试验结果表明,裂缝对于槽钢拉拔位移有较大的影响,由于槽式预埋件的破坏模式未发生改变,裂缝对于被测的槽式预埋件承载力无明显的影响。 The purpose of this research was to establish an effective and reliable test method for tests with anchor channels in cracked concrete and to study the influence of cracks on the behavior of anchor channels. Six tests including three tests in cracked concrete and three tests in non-cracked concrete have been performed. After all tests have been carried out,each concrete block has been split into two parts to show that the proposed test method is suitable for testing anchor channels in cracked concrete. The test results show the crack has a significant influence on the displacement behavior of the headed anchor connected to the channel profile. Difference of the measured ultimate loads has not been observed between tests in cracked and non-cracked concrete because of the failure mode.
