单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的 评价单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效.方法 80例DPN患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例,单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗组(GS组)和硫辛酸治疗组(ALA组),GS组给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠40 mg静脉滴注,每日1次,甲钴胺500 μg肌肉注射,每日1次,连续14 d;ALA组给予硫辛酸600 mg静脉滴注,每日1次,甲钴胺500 μg肌肉注射,每日1次,连续14d.治疗前后分别进行神经肌电图检查及症状比较.结果 GS组总有效率87.5%(35/40),ALA组67.5%(27/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组密西根糖尿病周围神经病变筛查表(MNSI)评分治疗后均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与ALA组比较,GS组治疗后MNSI评分下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).GS组治疗后神经肌电图提示的神经传导速度明显增快,与ALA组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗DPN疗效显著,是一种好的临床选择.
