摘要
碳纤维布加固钢结构技术在实际工程中应用的实例有限,无现成标准、规范可循,特别是工业建筑吊车梁加固工程,施工环境条件恶劣,结构工作环境存在高温及粉尘,施工周期受到生产的严格限制,通过对选材、工艺优化等研究,形成了一套钢结构加固修复的施工关键技术和后期验收方法,有效地保证了施工工期、质量和安全。
The technology of steel strengthened with CFRP sheet is limited in the practical engineering.No ready-made standard can be followed in the project. Especially in the industrial construction crane beam reinforcement engineering,construction environment condition is poor,structure work environment is in high temperature and dust,construction period is strictly limited by the production. Through the research on material selection,process optimization,a type of steel structure reinforcement construction key technologies and the late acceptance method are formed to guarantee effectively the construction period,quality and safety.
