摘要 木柱加固方法多种多样,近些年以纤维布复合材料加固较为普遍,但是破坏木结构的形貌,而且难以拆卸。笔者开发一种可逆的木柱加固方法,拟采用螺丝连接钢板或对穿螺栓连接钢板的方法加固方木柱,也设计了采用粘贴钢板的方法,以对比几种不同的加固方法的效果。通过对比加固前后的方木柱试件的抗压性能可以看出,螺丝连接钢板和对穿螺栓连接钢板加固木柱的方法未能明显提高木柱的承载力;模拟局部腐朽后采用同质顺纹木块螺丝连接钢板应急维修的研究表明,在螺丝间距有保证时该方法可迅速恢复方木柱的承载能力和变形能力;粘贴角钢并焊接缀条的方法能明显提高木柱的承载力和变形能力。 Among the variety of strengthening methods,FRP is a common method in recent years.However,FRP is different in appearance with wood and is difficult to tear off,so that,it hazards the morphology of wood structure. In this paper,a reversible method is suggested to strengthen the square wood column,which is screw fixing steel plate or penetration bolt fixing steel plate method. In addition,pasting steel plate or angle steel on the side surface is also designed to strengthen the wood column. The strengthening effect is analyzed by comparing them with the original samples. By comparing the compressive characters of the strengthening samples and non-strengthening ones,it cannot be found that the strength is enhanced with screw fixing steel plate or penetration bolt fixing steel plate. For the sample with local decay,which is repaired by replacing the decay with the wood having similar characteristics and grain with the column and strengthening with screw and steel plate,the results show that the strength and deformability of the damage square wood column can be recovered when the density of screws along vertical direction is dense to keep the local stability of the steel plate. Both the strength and the deformability can be enhanced distinctly with pasting angle steel and welding lacing bars.
