摘要
结合京沪高速铁路三标荆河特大桥钻孔灌注桩桩头处理施工实例,介绍钢筋隔离技术在钻孔灌注桩桩头处理上的应用。在桩头竖向钢筋、钢筋笼的吊筋和声测管上预先安装橡塑发泡管、硬质塑料管,将桩头竖向钢筋、钢筋笼的吊筋和声测管与钻孔桩混凝土进行隔离。在进行桩头处理时,采用人工在设计桩顶周围垂直钻孔打入钢楔子或用液压膨胀劈裂机将桩头上部多余的混凝土整体膨胀劈裂分离,用起重设备将桩头整体起吊分离。
The application of steel bars isolation technology in bored piles head treatment is introduced combining with Jing River bridge bored pile head treatment of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Foam rubber tube and hard plastic tube are preinstalled in the pile head vertical steel bar,reinforcement cage hanger steel bars and acoustic pipe in order to isolate them. During the treatment of pile head,personnel vertically drill steel wedges into pile top or use splitting machine with hydraulic expansion for isolating the extra concrete upper pile head or separating pile head overall by lifting with hoisting equipment.
