摘要
对掺入玄武岩高强纤维的AC-13C级配的基质沥青和SBS改性沥青混合料进行了路用性能研究,并将其与未掺入玄武岩高强纤维的沥青混合料进行对比。采用车辙、低温弯曲、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂以及四点弯曲疲劳等一系列室内试验,分析了其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。试验数据表明,玄武岩高强纤维能明显提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能,但对水稳定性的影响需要进一步研究。在AC-13C级配沥青混合料中掺加玄武岩高强纤维能有效改善混合料的路面性能,并且在SBS改性沥青混合料中效果更好。
In this study,the pavement performance of AC-13 C base asphalt with basal fiber and SBS modified asphalt mixture mixed basalt fiber was studied and compared with common asphalt mixture.High temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and anti-fatigue performance were analyzed by rutting test,low temperature bending test,soggy Marshall test,freezing-thawing cyclic split test and four-point blending fatigue test. The test results indicated that basalt fiber can improve the high temperature stability,the low temperature crack resistance and anti-fatigue performance obviously,but its influence to the water stability need to be studied deeply. Basalt fiber can improve the pavement performance of AC-13 C asphalt mixture effectively and has better effectiveness in SBS modified asphalt mixture.
