摘要
武汉绿地中心主塔楼建筑高度636m,结构高度575m,地上共120层。介绍了塔楼采用的结构体系及针对超限的相关结构对策,风荷载及地震作用的取值方法;阐述了塔楼基础的选型问题;归纳了塔楼弹性分析的主要结构指标。讨论了部分专项研究内容:分析了抗侧力体系各组成部分的贡献率,进行了塔楼核心筒剪力墙在中震下受拉验算,开展了弹塑性时程分析。通过对结构深入细致的计算分析,保证了结构的安全性。
Building height of main tower of Wuhan Greenland Center is 636m, and its structural height is 575m. Overground floor number is 120. Structure system of the tower and structural countermeasure to tackle transfinite problem are introduced. Obtaining value method for wind load and seismic action of the structure is put forward. The problem of foundation selection is discussed. Main structure index of the tower is presented. Some special research details are discussed. Contribution rate of each part of the lateral resisting system is analyzed. Tension state of shear wall of the tower under middle seism is calculated. Elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake load is performed. The detailed analysis is carried out to gain better structural performance.
