摘要
萨拉齐铁路专用线储煤车间钢结构工程采用大跨度空间管桁架结构,结构横向跨度123m,东西纵向全长1 650m。本工程钢结构施工工期紧、体量大,且施工过程中需兼顾两列运煤火车的正常运营及安全防护,为保证施工质量及进度,采用了"两端分段吊装+分单元顶推累积滑移"的施工方法进行钢结构安装。对本工程现场施工方案进行了介绍,并对安装中的关键技术问题进行了详细说明。
Spatial pipe truss structure with large span is used in steel structure construction of coal storage workshop for Sarah railway dedicated line, the transverse span is 123m, the full length with east-west direction is I 650m. Because of tight schedule and large size for the steel structure construction, normal operation and safety protection of two coal trains must be considered, segment lifting at the two ends and accumulative sliding with incremental launching by dividing elements are used to install steel structures. This paper introduces site construction scheme of the steel structure engineering, analyzes key installation technology in detail.
