天津诺德英蓝国际金融中心施工阶段竖向变形分析

摘要 在超高层混合结构施工过程中,混凝土的时间依存特性、竖向构件压应力的差异、施工加载顺序以及施工过程中构件长度的调整会导致竖向构件不同的竖向变形。其差值会给建筑施工质量的控制带来困难,影响设备、装饰的安装和使用。竖向变形差异还会在相邻构件及非结构构件中产生附加应力,降低结构安全储备。因此,有必要对结构施工阶段的竖向变形进行分析研究。以天津诺德英蓝国际金融中心为例,根据实际施工方案和工期,并考虑混凝土的时间依存特性,运用计算机仿真分析技术来研究结构核心筒与外框的竖向变形及其之间的变形差异。 During construction of the super tall composite structure building, the time-dependent properties of concrete, the different stress among vertical members, construction loading order and the adjustment of the vertical members result in different vertical deformation. The different vertical deformation makes more difficult to control construction quality. It impacts the installation of equipment and decoration. The different vertical deformation generates additional stress in the adjacent member and nonstructural components, which reduces the structural safety margin. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the vertical deformation of the structure during construction. Based on Tianjin Noblecenter, computer simulation technique is used to analyze the vertical deformation of mega-column and core-wall according to the actual construction plan and schedule and the time-dependent properties of concrete.
