摘要
通过对传统建筑结构施工方法进行研究与分析,创新研究可提升型钢堆载平台,它的应用较好地解决了新浇混凝土楼板在混凝土强度未达到堆载要求时,无法吊运施工材料而停止施工的问题,加快了施工进度,同时解决了因混凝土楼板强度不足而堆放材料导致楼板开裂的质量通病。从型钢堆载平台的设计、制造、安装、提升、拆除等方面着手研究,总结出一套解决混凝土楼板早期开裂和施工进度慢的施工技术。
This paper introduces portable steel reinforced heaped loatt platform by analysis of traditional construction method of building structure, whose application accelerates construction progress, solves some problems: construction materials can not be lifted due to not meeting the requirement of heaped load of concrete strength for new pouring concrete floor, floor slab cracks due to stacking materials with insufficient strength of concrete floor. This paper introduces some research contents from different aspects, including design, manufacture, installation, lifting, demolition and so on; summarizes some construction problems, including early cracking of concrete floor, relatively slow construction progress.
