摘要
结合苏州某高架桥悬臂施工的工程实例,对三角桁架型挂篮的设计结构形式进行了介绍,从主桁系统、吊挂系统、模板平台系统、后锚固系统及走行系统等几个方面进行阐述,分析了该挂篮结构的适用性,并在所依托工程进行了实际应用,详细介绍了三角桁架型挂篮施工工艺,三角桁架型挂篮在跨线桥梁施工中取得了较好的应用效果。
Combined with the project of the viaduct in Suzhou, this paper introduced the structural style of the hanging basket with triangular truss, including main truss system, hanging system, formwork system, anchoring system and slide system, then analyzed the applicability of the hanging basket, and the hanging basket was practically used in the cantilever construction. The technology of the hanging basket with triangular truss was introduced in detail. The hanging basket with triangle truss was successfully used in cantilever construction of the practical engineering.
