The author analyzed professor Li Dexins clinical experience on differentiation treatment. Professor Li Dexins diagnostic and therapeutic features were summarized as follows： 1） Clarifing the nature of the disease and emphasize syndrome differentiation; 2） The drugs shall target precisely while the prescription shall be refined; 3） Paying attention to processing China materia medician,at the same time be attenuated and enhance curative effect; 4） The disease treatment shall be based on the spleen and stomach; 5） The doctor shall be profound on traditional Chinese medicine and often paying attention to examination of tongue and pulse.
