摘要
讨论了GB16899-2011中规定的监控装置和电气安全装置的原理和设计时应注意的事项。分析了该标准对监测装置的要求与对电气安全装置的要求不同的原因；详细讨论了电气安全装置的3种实现方法；对检修运行．附加制动器的设计提出了几点注意事项。
The principles of the monitoring device and electrical safety device specified in GB 16899-2011 and their design notices are discussed. The causes of the difference of the standard requirement between the monitoring device and the electrical safety device are analyzed. Three kinds of realization methods of electrical safety device are discussed and several design notices to the inspection operation and auxiliary brake are put forward.
