温针灸联合中药外敷疗法治疗急性运动性踝关节损伤的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Warm Acupuncture Therapy Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Sports-induced Ankle Injury

目的:探讨温针灸联合中药外敷疗法治疗急性运动性踝关节损伤的疗效。方法:将120例急性运动性踝关节损伤患者按随机数字法分为针药组与电针组,各60例,其中针药组采用温针灸加活络止痹汤外敷疗法治疗,电针组予针刺加电刺激治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对两组患者治疗前、治疗后的疼痛评分及临床疗效比较。结果:经治疗后两组患者疼痛评分均明显降低(P<0.05),其中针药组在治疗1周后及4周后的VAS改善程度均显著高于电针组(P<0.05);治疗4周后针药组痊愈21例,显效26例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率达95.0%,显著高于对照组76.7%,两组患者在治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论:温针灸联合活络止痹汤外敷疗法治疗运动性踝关节损伤具有快速有效、安全经济的特点,值得推广。

Objectvi e：To observe the clinical effects of warm acupuncture treatment combined with external ap-plication of Chinese medicine on acute sports-induced ankle injury.Methods：120 cases of patients with acute sports-induced ankle injury were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture medicine group and electric acupuncture group with 60 cases in each group.The acupuncture medicine group received warm acupuncture combined with external application of Huoluo Zhibi decoction;the electric-acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture plus electric stimulation therapy.Then observe the changes of pain scores and clinical effect before and after the treatment according to VAS.Results：After treatment, patients＇pain scores in two groups were sig-nificantly lower （ P〈0 .05 ）;the VAS improvement degrees of the acupuncture medicine group were significantly higher than those of the electric-acupuncture group （ P〈0 .05 ） after 1 week of treatment and 4 weeks of treat-ment.In the acupuncture medicine group 21 cases were cured;26 cases were significantly effective;10 cases were effective;3 cases were invalid after 4 weeks of treatment,and the total effective rate was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.7%.The patients in both groups during treatment were without obviously adverse reaction.Conclusion：The clinically curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with exter-nal application of Huoluo Zhibi decoction in the treatment of acute sports-induced ankle injury is remarkable and safe,which is worth promotion.
