摘要
目的:观察运用《内经》关刺三间穴治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法:将78例落枕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例。治疗组采用《内经》关刺三间穴治疗,对照组采用口服芬必得布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫针关刺三间穴治疗落枕,疗效好,见效快,临床值得推广使用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of articular needling at Sanjian（ LI3） on stiff neck.Meth-ods：78 patients were randomly divided into two groups.39 cases in the control group were treated by taking Bu-luofen Huanshi capsules and 39 cases in the treatment group were by articular needling at Sanjian（LI3）.Re-sults：After the therapeutic courses, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：The method of treating stiff neck by articular needling is ef-fective and obvious.It is worth using in clinical practice.
