Employment Crisis and Countermeasures of Art Design Major Graduates

通过追踪近些年来用人单位对鲁迅美术学院、沈阳大学、沈阳建筑大学、沈阳理工大学、沈阳航空航天大学等多所高校艺术设计专业毕业生就业需求与应用能力的调查,总结出现存就业危机的原因,并提出切实可行的解决对策。

By tracing the employers＇ survey in recent years on employment needs and application capabilities of art design graduates of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, Shenyang University, Shenyang Jianzhu University, Shenyang Ligong University, Shenyang Aerospace University, and so on, the reasons for the employment crisis are summarized, and practical countermeasures are proposed.
