摘要我国的农业企业是一个范围广泛的行业,与社会生产的各个方面联系紧密,在我国国民经济中有着重要的作用。通过对具体的HF农业企业进行案例分析,找到其自身的特点和存在的问题,并尝试用利益相关者共同治理机制去解决其现有公司治理模式存在的问题,然后归纳出农业企业公司共同治理的启示和经验。本文采用理论分析与实际案例相结合的方法,为农业企业公司共同治理的提供理论指导。 The agriculture enterprises of China is a broad range of industries, having a close relationship with all aspects of society, playing an important role in China＇s economy. By presenting and analyzing agricultural enterprise stakeholders problems,we got that stakeholder governance pattern is an effective way to solve the problems of agricultural enterprises. Based on the specific HF agricultural enterprises in case analysis, finding their own characteristics and the existing problems, and using stakeholders governance mechanisms to solve the existing problems, the paper then summed up the experience of agricultural enterprise governance. This paper used the theoretical analysis and practical case combination method, trying to provide theoretical guidance for agricultural enterprises.
