摘要 以延胡索乙素的提取率为评价指标,探讨从延胡索中提取延胡索乙素的方法及工艺条件;超声波-甲醇提取法、超声波-乙醇提取法、乙醇提取法和超临界二氧化碳提取法对延胡索乙素的提取率分别为0.69、0.61、0.60和0.79mg/g;其中,超临界二氧化碳提取法是一种理想的提取方法。 This article discussed the extraction methods of tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis and the selection of the optimal process condition.The extraction rates of tetrahydropalmatine were investigated as evaluation indexes by the methods of ultrasonic-assisted extraction (with methanol or ethanol as a solvent),ethanol reflux extraction and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.The extraction rates of tetrahydropalmatine by the methods above were 0.69、0.61、0.60 and 0.79 mg/g respectively.As a conclusion,the method of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction is an excellent one.
