方断面锥形管无模拉伸实验

摘要 在锥形管无模拉伸实验的基础上,研究了各种工艺参数对方断面锥形管外形和断面形状的影响,分析了方断面锥形管无模拉伸时影响断面形状膨胀程度的因素.结果表明,方断面管拉伸断面形状膨胀率随拉伸变形区宽度的增大而减小,随断面减缩率增大而增大,随方管壁厚增大而减小,当壁厚和变形区宽度都比较大时,几乎不产生膨胀现象.采用无模拉伸的方法可以加工带有一定锥度的方断面锥形管,加工后方断面锥形管的轮廓与控制曲线的计算结果一致性较好. Based on tapered square pipe dieless drawing foundational experiment study,the influence factors on variation of pipe profile and sectional shape are studied.The influence factors and law on section rounding factor of square pipe are analyzed.The results show that rounding factor decreases with the deformation width increases and increases with reduction factor in area.The larger the wall thickness is,the smaller is the rounding factor;when deformation of wall thickness and width are relatively large,there is almost no expansion.In the experiments,square shaped steel pipes are mainly used,and tapered pipes with large angles are obtained.The tapered profile of pipe drawn by the stepped control method of pulling velocity agrees nearly well with the calculated ones.
