摘要
为了深入理解功能梯度材料断裂失效问题,利用有限元方法获得了三维功能梯度材料裂纹尖端的应力强度因子,研究了功能梯度材料模量比对应力强度因子的影响,尤其是考察了不同材料属性分布形式下功能梯度材料裂纹尖端的应力强度因子.计算表明:当裂纹靠近自由表面时裂纹尖端应力强度因子表现出复杂特性;材料模量比和材料属性分布形式对应力强度因子的影响显著.
To study the fracture failure problem of functionally graded material(FGM),finite element method is used to calculate the crack problem of the three-dimensional functionally graded material plate.The influences of the material modulus ratio of FGM on the crack-tip stress intensity factors(SIFs)are investigated.Particularly,the influences on the crack-tip SIFs are investigated under the material properties distribution.The results show that,the SIF show the more complex change when the crack near free surface;the material modulus ratio and the material properties distribution has a significant influence on the SIFs
