摘要
目的 :探索正常大鼠与糖尿病骨质疏松大鼠股骨介电特性之间的差异。方法 :2月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为2组(8只/组):对照组(正常大鼠)和实验组(糖尿病大鼠)。经过8周后在恒温(37℃)条件下,测量股骨介电特性(10~106Hz),并进行显微结构与形态学分析。结果 :对照组的电导率均显著大于糖尿病组(P〈0.01);在低频段(10、100、1 000 Hz)对照组的介电常数显著高于糖尿病组(P〈0.01),而当频率进一步上升时,2组之间不存在显著性差异。结论 :大鼠股骨电导率变化与骨质疏松显著相关。
Objective To explore the difference of femur dielectric properties between normal rats and Diabetic osteoporosis rats. Methods A control group and an experiment group were formed with eight male Sprague-Dawley rats two months old in each, and the former involved normal rats and the latter had diabetic ones. Then at the constant temperature of 37 ℃, the femur dielectric properties with the frequency range from 10 to 106 Hz were measured eight weeks later, and the analysis on microstructure and morphology was carried out. Results The conductivity of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experiment group, with P0.01. Within the low frequency range of 10 Hz,100 Hz and 1 000 Hz, the dielectric constant of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experiment group with P 0.01, while had no statistical difference with the latter as the frequency increased. Conclusion The conductivity of rat femur is significantly correlated with osteoporosis.
