脉搏波传导时间的非接触式提取

摘要 目的:利用生物雷达技术实现脉搏波传导时间的非接触式提取。方法:通过生物雷达测量脉搏波起始时间,指尖脉搏来测量终止时间,两者时间差为脉搏波传导时间。结果:对多名实验对象进行采集对比,在距离0.5 m处可以有效提取心搏动特征点,并提取脉搏波传导时间,与传统方法对比具有较高的一致性。结论:生物雷达可以在非接触状态下实现脉搏波传导时间的检测,对于临床诊断具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To realize non-contact extraction of pulse wave transit time by bio-radar technology. Methods The starting time of pulse wave was measured with bio-radar, and the end time was determined with the finger pulse, then the difference between the former and latter was just the pulse wave transit time. Results Trials with multiple subjects proved that impulse feature points and pulse wave transit time could be extracted at a distance of 0.5 meter, and the results were highly correlated with those by the traditional methods. Conclusion Bio-radar realizes non-contact detection of pulse wave transit time, and thus has great values for clinical diagnosis.
