摘要
目的 :研制一种检修作业平台,实现野战卫生装备的快速检测与维修。方法 :以装配的某型野战卫生装备维修车为机体进行优化设计,引入维修PDCA循环模型,利用计算机技术自动分析装备的可维修性。结果:该平台可以自动优化选择维修方案,自动控制作业环境,装载布局合理。结论:该平台操作简单、方便实用,能够完成多种野战卫生装备的快速抢修和检测。
Objective To develop a platform for rapid detection and maintenance of field medical equipment. Methods Some field medical equipment maintenance vehicle assigned was optimized, PDCA cycle model was introduced, and equipment maintainability was analyzed with the computer. Results The platform might generate maintenance scheme and control operation environment automatically, with reasonable loading layout. Conclusion The platform has easy operation and high convenience, and can be used for rapid detection and maintenance of field medical equipment.
