全自动成品血袋包装机的设计及应用研究

Design and application of automatic packaging machine for blood bag

目的 :研制一种全自动成品血袋包装机。方法 :包装机采用机电一体化设计、全自动控制,其基本构成包括血袋传送带、血袋传动电动机、PVC膜、PVC膜传动电动机、血袋热合机、血袋裁切机及程序控制器等。结果:解决了现有成品血袋在人工包装时存在的效率低、污染大、易损坏等问题。结论:该全自动成品血袋包装机特别适用于血站、血液中心及医院输血科等机构使用。

Objective To develop an automatic blood bag packaging machine. Methods Electromechanical integration and automatic control were involved in the development of the machine which was composed of bag conveyor, drive motor for bag, PVC membrane, drive motor for PVC membrane, heat-sealing device, cutting device, controller and etc. Results The problems of low efficiency, heavy pollution, vulnerability and etc were solved. Conclusion The machine can be used in blood station, blood center, hospital blood transfusion department and likely facilities.
