摘要
目的:探索研究6D-skull(六维颅骨追踪)的曝光参数选择。方法 :以模型LUCY(体模名称)为实验模体,改变曝光参数的电压、电流和时间值,采集影响追踪的误差与参考数据,对数据进行定量分析。结果:6D-skull的曝光参数选择为:电压97~107 k V为最佳(电流100 m A、曝光时间75 ms时),电流100~200 m A为最佳(电压90 k V、曝光时间75 ms时),曝光时间100~125 ms为最佳(电压90 k V、电流100 m A时)。结论 :所得结果可指导曝光参数选择,保证治疗的稳定性,一定程度上缩短了治疗时间。
Objective To explore the selection of exposure parameters for 6D skull tracing of Cyberknife G3 system.Methods Model LUCY was used as the experiment phantom, and the exposure parameters such as voltage, current and time were changed to acquire the error and reference data influencing the tracing. The data were analyzed quantitatively.Results The optimal voltage was between 97 and 107 k V with the current of 100 m A and exposure time of 75 ms. The optimal current was between 100 and 200 m A with the voltage of 90 k V and the exposure time of 75 ms. The optimal exposure time was between 100 and 125 ms with the voltage of 90 k V and the current of 100 m A. Conclusion The obtained results can be used to guide the selection of the exposure parameters, with the treatment stability ensured and the treatment time decreased.
