摘要
目的 :研制一种适用于公路血液运输的减振装置。方法 :利用不锈钢金属丝网块在负载作用下丝间滑移产生的干摩擦阻尼,大量吸收和耗散系统能量,实现减振的原理,采用在血架与血库底板之间加装4个全金属复合阻尼减振器,对血液存储架进行整体减振,并对安装该装置的车辆开展各种路况和车速条件下的行驶振动试验。结果:试验表明,血库底板传递到血架的振动衰减了27.8%~30.7%,振动信号传递函数幅值为0.3~0.8,达到了设计要求。结论:血液运输减振装置能明显降低血库底板的振动强度,有效保障了血液运输后的质量。
Objective To develop a damping device used for blood transportation on road. Methods The wire mesh damping device was selected for blood shelf on vehicle. The ride vibration experiment was conducted to examine the damping efficiency under various road conditions and speeds. Results From the floor of blood store to the blood shelf, the damping efficiency was between 27.8% and 30.7%, and the transfer amplitude of vibration was between 0.3 and 0.8.Conclusion This damping device can reduce the vibration intensity effectively. The quality of blood could be protected by the damping device after blood transportation on road.
