摘要
目的 :研究一种既适合在城市街头流动采血,又适合到基层单位集体采血的多任务型采血车。方法 :采用大型客车底盘改装,通过合理布局,将功能区按照作业流程顺序划分,实现献血者"前门上车、后门下车";针对执行基层单位集体采血任务时的具体需求特点,在加强汽车底盘通过性能、增加乘员座椅的数量和安全舒适度、提高储血冰箱容积、增加自我伴随保障能力等细节方面进行优化设计。结果:设计出符合采血工作流程和人机工效要求的采血车,其保障设备设施全面,工作环境舒适,可满足一次最大400人份的采血任务,达到设计要求。结论:基层单位集体采血车的研制成功对满足义务献血工作的深入开展和适应血液安全管理保障要求的日益提高,有着重要的现实意义和广阔的市场需求。
Objective To develop a blood collection vehicle used in the street or primary units. Methods Some large bus had its chassis modified, and had its functional area arranged based on work flow so that the donor could get on the bus from the front door and off it from the rear door. Optimization design was performed for the vehicle applied in primary units by enhancing the chassis enhanced, the seats number, safety, comfort, refrigerator volume and self support ability.Results The vehicle met the requirements of blood collection flow and ergonomics, and could fulfill blood collection for 400 persons in one time. Conclusion The blood collection vehicle may contribute to voluntary blood donation and blood safety management.
