The relative weak ability of listening and speaking has always been a common problem in our college students＇ English learning. How to improve the ability and get rid of the ＂mute English＂ dilemma has become a teaching key that college and university English teachers have been concerned about. From a practical perspective, English speech contest is conducive to the improvement of English listening and speaking class.
