摘要 设计了一种中心频率为12.4 GHz具有宽频带高增益特性的16单元微带天线阵。采用两层介质板中间夹一层空气层、附加寄生贴片和引入探针等来展宽天线带宽;运用盒状反射板改善天线增益;对展宽带宽和提高增益的设计与传统设计方法做了对比分析。经电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS仿真实验并对实物天线进行测试得:相对带宽为24.91%,增益为19.31 d B,E面半功率波瓣宽度16.8°,H面半功率波瓣宽度17°。 A broadband and high gain 16-element microstrip array antenna is presented. The antenna is operating at 12. 4GHz,including double-layered substrates and a air layer; as a sandwich structure,the air layer is in the middle of these substrates. The parasitic patches and pins are adopted to achieve broadband to improve the gain,and box-type reflecting plate is used in the design. The design method of the structure is compared with that of the conventional structure related to the S-parameter,and then the gain is described in detail. Finally,the antenna is simulated and optimized by a 3D electromagnetic software( Ansoft HFSS). The measured results indicate that the impedance bandwidth is nearly 24. 91%,the gain is 19. 31 d B,the half power beam width of E-plane is 16. 8°,and the H-plane half power beam width is17°. The design provides a reference for developing broadband and high gain microstrip array antenna.
