T波电交替的发生机制 被引量:1

摘要 T波电交替(TWA)是心电图上T波振幅、形态及极性的逐搏交替变化,是近年来最有发展前景的无创性电生理指标之一。本文对目前已有的三种发生机制,即电生理机制、离子机制和神经体液机制进行总结。虽然在实际的临床工作中,很难在常规导联的体表心电图上观察到TWA,但相信随着科学技术的不断发展,医疗设备的逐步改善和普及,TWA的重要意义会日益凸显,预测价值会更为提高,值得临床医师和心电图技术工作者认真学习并加以实践。
